Annual Association Croquet tournament Adelaide 5^th – 16^th March

The tournament will kick off with the Gold Medal Event, taking place from March 5th to 7th at Croquet HQ, Hutt Road, where the six state finalists will battle it out for the top spot.

Representing South Australia is Simon Hockey, ranked 4th in the world. With 30 years of experience, Simon, hailing from Crystal Brook, is a formidable opponent and will look to dominate the competition in a game of swift precision. However, croquet is never guaranteed, and even the slightest mistake could turn the tide

From March 8th to 11th, the National Championship will unfold across six venues in Adelaide, including North Adelaide Croquet Club, Norwood CC, Glenunga CC, Millswood CC, and South Tce CC. A total of 60 players will compete in a knockout format, showcasing all levels of skill, from beginners to seasoned professionals.

The tournament will culminate in the Eire Cup (March 12th–16th), a team event that includes both doubles and singles matches. As the tournament nears its end, the players’ fatigue is palpable, but their skill levels will be at their peak, creating a thrilling atmosphere as the results unfold.
